Squats are HARD on the knees...
And if you've been following me, you'll know that I've had a knee issue that's been flaring up...
This is why I wanted to give everyone (including myself) a workout that you can do that works both your abs and glutes but doesn't put strain on your knees like regular squats do.
And even better - all you need is your booty, and a wall!

-one legged wall bridges (L)
-one legged wall bridges (R)
-crossover toe touches
Do each move for 1 minute. Repeat 2-3 rounds!
