It's summertime - who doesn't love anything that tastes delicious, and cools you off at the same time?
Normally this means ice cream...but if you want to stay healthy, this is a perfect, easy, and DELICIOUS solution to your dilemma!
Strawberry. Yogurt. Creamsicles.
Ohhhh yes :)
-1 cup strawberries
-2 cups (ish) greek yogurt
Put strawberries in food processor.
Process until it's a little thicker than a juice consistency.
Add in a little strawberry topping first, coating the edges of the popsicle mold.
Spoon in greek yogurt.
Add in extra strawberry topping, if necessary.
(It was impossible to take photos while doing this!)
*Do these ONE at a time!
**You can also alternate strawberry/yogurt/strawberry/yogurt/etc.
Repeat until the entire mold is filled.
Freeze for 1-2 hours, or until completely frozen.
My son LOVES these...AND my husband did too!
These are SO easy to make, and are far healthier (and cheaper) than buying ice cream, or frozen yogurt.
