Pretty much ANYONE that knows me knows two things: (1) I have a giant sweet tooth, and (2) I love bananas. I literally use bananas in 90% of my healthy sweet treat recipes, SO today is no different.
These are super easy and quick to prepare, and are a healthy snack to combat that sweet craving that seems to sneak up! Oh, and they're a great treat for your kids too...if you want to share! ;)
-2 bananas, sliced
-natural peanut butter
-raisins or dark chocolate chips (for topping)
Mix 1/2 cup peanut butter to 1 tbsp honey.
Slice bananas and place in a single layer on a wax sheet.
Spread 1 tsp spread onto each slice of banana.
Place 2 raisins or chocolate chips onto each slice.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Enjoy and let them melt in your mouth!
Like I said, these are SUPER easy and quick to make,
and really do help satisfy that sweet craving!
(For all of you wondering what the chocolate spread is...
it's Nutella. (Slight addiction!)
You and your kids will love these...
AND the kids will LOVE helping to put these together!
