As I was thinking about which meal to share with you all tonight, it occurred to me that I've never shared this favorite of mine. Why? Who knows. Maybe I thought it was too easy, or that most people would know how to make it already, but heck...I didn't start making this until a couple years ago!
So here is one of my go to, super quick, and most favoritest meals! (Yes, I know favoritest is not a real word!) ;)
-4 chicken breasts
-3 cups brown rice (or quinoa)
-1 red pepper
-1 stalk broccoli
-1/2 large onion
-1 cup mushrooms
-1 tbsp olive oil
-salt & pepper to taste
-Bragg's Liquid Aminos
Chop up all vegetables.
Cook rice according to instructions.
Chop chicken into 1" pieces.
Cook in large pan on medium heat in oil until cooked through.
Remove chicken from pan.
Add vegetables with salt & pepper.
Cook until desired crisp is attained.
Add everything together.
Mix & add Bragg's Liquid Aminos.
This is one of my go to meals. It's quick, easy, healthy,
and you can always make enough to have leftovers for days!
This is DEFINITELY 21 Day Fix compatible,
but instead of mixing together, measure out in separate containers and then mix!
