I'm from Buffalo, NY...aka the land of buffalo wings. This isn't a buffalo wing recipe, but it is buffalo chicken inspired.
This is seriously such a sinfully healthy recipe and will leave your whole family wanting more!
The perfect blend of chicken, hot sauce and cheese....lots of cheese ;)
-3 3/4 cups shredded chicken
-3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
-1/2 cup hot sauce/tabasco sauce
-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-3 cups cooked whole wheat noodles
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil chicken covered in water.
Boil noodles. Set aside.
Once chicken is fully cooked, shred using 2 forks.
**DO NOT dump the chicken water!**
Mix all ingredients together.
Use 1.5 cups of the water you boiled the chicken in as the chicken broth.
Combine everything into a baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Seriously, you guys will not want to stop eating this! It is AMAZING.
It tastes SO sinful, but it's not bad for you at all...aside from the cheese.
But that's why this makes 6 servings :)
