why this recipe exists?...
Nope. Definitely not!
Prepare to have your minds blown!
-1 cup natural peanut/nut butter
(creamy or crunchy)
-1/3 cup honey
-optional mix ins (i.e. scoop of protein powder,
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, 1/2 cup raisins, etc.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well.
**I halved the recipe. The first is just the ingredients,
the second adds 1/2 scoop Vega protein powder AFTER
I had scooped out some plain peanut butter cookies.
Add heaping tablespoons of mixture onto an oiled baking sheet.
**If you add protein powder, you can smush them flat if you'd like!
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
They will probably look too soft (especially the plain PB ones),
but just as long as they're starting to brown around the edges,
it's all good.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
TRY not to devour them all at once.
I'm not lying when I say these are going to blow your mind!
They taste JUST like regular peanut butter cookies,
but without all the added sugar.
These are DEFINITELY kid friendly,
healthy mom approved.
