Sometimes, we just want pizza. But, pizza....isn't the healthiest thing you can eat. (Unfortunately).
Here's a super quick, easy, and healthier option when you get that craving!
And guess what...this is a 21 Day Fix friendly recipe!!
-1 whole wheat tortilla
-1/2 cup "toppings"
(I used turkey, mushrooms, spinach, and onions!)
-1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
-parmesan cheese, basil, parsley and garlic powder (to taste)
-1 tsp olive oil
-1/2 cup clean tomato sauce (for dipping)
Start cooking sauce on low in a separate burner.
Coat a separate pan on low with olive oil.
Place tortilla in pan.
Sprinkle with parmesan and seasonings to taste.
Heat for about a minute.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on tortilla.
Once cheese is melted, put toppings on/in tortilla.
Let cook for 2 minutes (ish).
Fold tortilla in half.
Remove from pan and cut.
Serve with warm tomato sauce.
This hit the spot, was super quick and easy, and was WAY healthier than ordering out!
If you're doing the 21 Day Fix, measure the cheese using the blue container!
1 yellow, 1 blue, 1 green, 1/2 red (If you use my toppings!)
